Simply some icons that inspires me through their personality, fashion and edgyness..
Audrey Hepburn
She’s the number one when it comes to both inspiration and interior. This woman is both on my pillow, bag holder, straw box, necklace, wall hanging and postcards. She’s simply stunning! I’ve also read her biography and from every hold she was described as also a wonderful and caring person.
Courteney Cox
The first time I went to the hairdresser with a picture of a celebrity it was of this lady with her long black hair straighted out. She’s just pure awesomeness in my opinion. I love her acting in both Friends and Cougar Town, and I think she’s treated herself well throughout the years.. though she could have spared herself the botox treatment. She’s always a big laugh and doesn’t seem to take herself too personal in media.
Helena Bonham Carter
Being the wife of Tim Burton might have given her some benefits in the movie business, getting to play with Johnny Depp and wear these awesome outfits in about half of her movies. The thing is that she is not much different on the red carpet either. There’s few other stars that can dress up, look and act as cool as Carter!
Zooey Deschanel
Zooey NAILS being the quirky girl next door. She’s got this vintage thing going on that makes me want to raid her wardrobe! Other than that she seems really down to earth as well as a really fin actress to watch in action. Currently I’m watching New Girl and I laugh when watching every single episode! She’s one of those who makes quirky and nerdy into cool and interesting.
Leighton Meester
“Whoever said that money doesn’t buy happiness didn’t know where to shop” (Bo Derek) was a frase used by Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl. Though I both love Leighton and Blair’s style I must say that there is something that just touches me with Blair’s outfits. They are always full in details or colors that just makes me want to go shopping immideately. Though I’m far from a preppy girl I love using details from this style to my own outfits. I also like how Leighton herself plays around with different outfits and styles and are not afraid to do something “wrong”.
Joan Jett
Being the music fan I am I couldn’t ignore putting one of my favourite artists on the list, Joan Jett. She’s made a hell lot of good music as well as dressing up as a true rock star. For those who doesn’t know her she’s the girl played by Kristen Stewart (finally her bad-attitude face was useful) in “the Runaways”. Love her!
